About the role
- Grow revenue and margin across a €40M enterprise portfolio by understanding client needs, anticipating demands, and offering tailored staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
- Map and expand the stakeholder network, serving as the primary point of contact for decision-makers to ensure trust, satisfaction, and proactive support.
- Collaborate with branches and support functions to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client sites.
- Mobilize internal teams, optimize processes, and ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs, lead monthly Business Reviews, address urgent issues, and propose targeted solutions.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of staffing operations to build trust and strong partnerships with key client stakeholders (Operations, HR, Procurement, etc.).
- Confident English speaker, able to communicate effectively in business settings.
- Proven ability to grow strategic accounts and navigate complex account structures.
- Client-oriented and results-driven, with a proactive approach to uncovering and expanding business opportunities.
- Strategic mindset with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement effective processes.
- A strong affinity for technology is highly valued and can be leveraged to drive client value.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 25%) and manage client relationships across multiple national locations.
