About the role

  • Grow revenue and margin across a €40M enterprise portfolio by understanding client needs, anticipating demands, and offering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
  • Map and expand the stakeholder network, serving as the primary point of contact for decision-makers to ensure trust, satisfaction, and proactive support.
  • Collaborate with branches and support functions to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client sites.
  • Mobilize internal teams, optimize processes, and ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence.
  • Monitor KPIs, lead monthly Business Reviews, address urgent issues, and propose targeted solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of staffing operations to build trust and strong partnerships with key client stakeholders (Operations, HR, Procurement, etc.).
  • Confident English speaker, able to communicate effectively in business settings.
  • Proven ability to grow strategic accounts and navigate complex account structures.
  • Client-oriented and results-driven, with a proactive approach to uncovering and expanding business opportunities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement effective processes.
  • A strong affinity for technology is highly valued and can be leveraged to drive client value.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 25%) and manage client relationships across multiple national locations.
