Sales Specialist – Business Networking Platform

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You achieve your revenue-based targets by selling or renewing products and services.
- You identify suitable upselling opportunities and proactively present them to customers.
- You manage customers within a defined sales territory.
- You guide customers through the post-purchase onboarding process and help them use the products strategically and effectively.
- You help improve the customer experience and shorten time-to-value for customers.
- You work closely with other teams and management to further optimize sales processes, systems, and workflows.
- You maintain all relevant customer data accurately and promptly in the CRM system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ideally you have 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar environment.
- You have experience working with individual or team-based sales targets.
- You communicate confidently, professionally, and with a customer-focused approach — even in a fast-paced work environment.
- You can build and maintain positive customer relationships over the long term.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- You enjoy learning new technologies, tools, and data and applying them effectively.
- You are well organized and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
