About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You achieve your revenue-based targets by selling or renewing products and services.
  • You identify suitable upselling opportunities and proactively present them to customers.
  • You manage customers within a defined sales territory.
  • You guide customers through the post-purchase onboarding process and help them use the products strategically and effectively.
  • You help improve the customer experience and shorten time-to-value for customers.
  • You work closely with other teams and management to further optimize sales processes, systems, and workflows.
  • You maintain all relevant customer data accurately and promptly in the CRM system.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ideally you have 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar environment.
  • You have experience working with individual or team-based sales targets.
  • You communicate confidently, professionally, and with a customer-focused approach — even in a fast-paced work environment.
  • You can build and maintain positive customer relationships over the long term.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • You enjoy learning new technologies, tools, and data and applying them effectively.
  • You are well organized and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
