About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will speak with Senior Consultants, Directors, and Partners at leading consulting firms
- You will pitch candidates and clients professionally, confidently, and as equals
- You will write compelling messages in German — clear, error-free, and with the right tone for a sophisticated audience
- You will conduct many conversations, follow up despite rejections, and build long-term relationships
- You will work closely with the founder, who will provide leads, data, and market insights
- You will use AI tools and modern recruiting processes to work more efficiently and with focus
- You will represent the company at events and ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for
Requirements
What you’ll need- Energy, ambition, and excellent German
- Resilience and willingness to grow long-term
- Athletic or competitive background, for example from team or performance sports
- Career changers with enthusiasm for a strong career in executive search
- Demonstrated history of working toward your goals — for example through side jobs, sales targets, athletic achievements, or other real challenges
- Resilient in handling rejection and feedback
Benefits
Comp & perks- €3,000 to €4,000 monthly base salary — depending on profile and experience
- €100,000+ OTE per year — realistic, uncapped, and performance-based
- Hybrid in Limassol — approximately 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
