About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide candidates on their path to a job in Southern Europe.
- Conduct initial interviews via phone, email & video chat.
- Manage the entire application process from the initial interview through job start.
- Coordinate with our international partner companies to ensure smooth placements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal (phone) and written.
- Good English skills (at least B2) for partner communication.
- Digital affinity: experience with MS Office, ATS & online platforms.
- Experience in Southern Europe such as Portugal, Spain, or Greece is a plus!
