About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Backfill for a departed contractor
- This is a sourcing-only role focused on EMEA GTM functions (Sales, AE, SE, Partnerships, Marketing, CS)
- The contractor needs to operate independently as a thought partner, not just an executor
- They'll build talent maps, run full-cycle sourcing workflows, and work primarily in Gem as the CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years sourcing or recruiting research experience
- Demonstrated GTM sourcing (Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships) at a tech company
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Active Gem CRM experience (required per intake)
- Can work EST or PST
- Stability on resume: flag any short stints that aren't contract or documented personal leave
- EMEA market knowledge (talent hubs, key cos, regional nuances) (Preferred/Strong Plus)
- Background at high-bar, recognizable tech startups (Figma, Airbnb, or comparable)
- AI/ML, cloud infra, or enterprise SaaS sourcing experience
- Multi-language proficiency (European languages)
- Executive search or research-focused background
- Experience building org charts, comp benchmarks, and talent maps as deliverables
- Metrics on resume showing sourcing impact (response rates, pipeline contribution, hires influenced)
