About the role
- Build talent pools and market intelligence for strategic, proactive hiring
- Enhance candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process
- Negotiate offers and close candidates by selling the mission, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation
- Manage high-volume pipelines with 20–40+ active candidates at various stages simultaneously
- Conduct phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate fit, sales skills, and culture alignment
- Own full-cycle recruitment for sales positions including Outbound Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership roles
- Track metrics and report on recruiting performance including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
- Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BambooHR, or similar ATS, Boolean search
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to identify top performers
- Experience recruiting for SaaS, legal services, or mission-driven organizations
- Excellent written and spoken English required
- Familiarity with VoIP systems such as 3CX and O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
