About the role

  • Review and organize documents, statements, and other materials submitted by clients
  • Manage the intake pipeline and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Input and track information in Filevine and Lead Docket
  • Communicate consistently with the team regarding new leads and case opportunities
  • Send engagement letters and follow up as needed
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity in every conversation
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients
  • Conduct thorough intake calls to assess whether callers have a viable case
  • Vet potential clients based on firm criteria and clearly document findings

Requirements

  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Empathetic communication
  • Ability to confidently guide conversations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear and professional verbal communication
  • Comfortable learning the firm’s practice area and speaking about it
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Ability to politely redirect or interrupt when required
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • 6 to 15 calls per day, approximately
