About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise managing directors on how to acquire new employees or contracts using our unique systems
  • Qualify new prospects to assess whether they are a good fit for collaboration with us
  • Conduct sales conversations and sell our products to managing directors of industrial companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Perform follow-ups with clients and prospects
  • Participate in team meetings and handle minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM handles 99% of the tedious tasks for you)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Clear German pronunciation and high energy
  • Willingness to learn, performance-driven attitude, and a desire for continuous development
  • Ideally: prior experience working in an agency or in sales coaching
  • Extroverted and people-oriented
  • Grit and a strong drive to achieve targets
  • Customer- and service-oriented with a friendly, communicative manner
  • Committed, quick to learn, structured in your work, and highly motivated to develop
  • Persuasive and articulate
  • We do not require a specific educational background — what matters is that you have some sales experience and are eager to grow with us.
