About the role
- Effectively support a search process by candidate sourcing, identification, initial assessment, and object handling.
- Effectively interpret the client’s needs into the appropriate candidate profile to guide outreach strategy and initial qualification conversations.
- Conduct initial candidate screening conversations to share opportunity and assess high-level fit, interest and availability, while maintaining alignment with company messaging guidelines.
- Generate qualified candidate interest and schedule follow-up discussions as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity within the firm’s internal database to ensure compliance.
- Adhere to firm standards and compliance requirements across all verbal and written candidate communications.
- Depth and breadth of a specific client industry, translating that knowledge into effective candidate engagement and informed conversations.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or legal field is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet target/quotas
- Worked in or sold to the AM Law 100 or 200 is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
