About the role

  • Proactively contact potential construction partners, project developers, and commercial clients by phone (B2B)
  • Establish new contacts and identify construction and renovation projects
  • Acquire new partner companies for our Bauverbund network
  • Qualify prospects and projects during initial conversations
  • Schedule meetings for our account management team
  • Build and maintain a continuous sales pipeline through proactive phone outreach
  • Document calls and contacts in the CRM system
  • You are responsible for the initial contact and building the pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment or in telephone-based acquisition
  • Enjoy initiating new contacts and conducting proactive conversations
  • Hunter mentality and a results-oriented approach
  • Independent working style as a freelancer with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Industry experience in construction is not required. What matters is your ability to initiate conversations and build new contacts.
