About the role
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Jitterbit’s Connectors portfolio, with additional support for other applications as needed
- Define and prioritize product requirements for connectors and application features based on customer needs and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with engineering and QA to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure connectors and applications
- Work with UX Designers to ensure consistent, intuitive user experiences across products
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment in an agile environment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Documentation to support launches and adoption
- Present product vision and plans to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Engage customers, partners, and SMEs to identify and prioritize high-impact endpoints
- Employ best practices in product management, including feedback loops, prioritization frameworks, and data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with global teams, including offshore and partner developers in Asia and LATAM
Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with B2B SaaS products
- 3+ years working in an agile development environment
- Experience managing a successful, growing product portfolio
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, connectors, data integration, and protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, GraphQL)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and partner developers
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills
- Positive, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment across EST and PST time zones
