About the role

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Jitterbit’s Connectors portfolio, with additional support for other applications as needed
  • Define and prioritize product requirements for connectors and application features based on customer needs and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure connectors and applications
  • Work with UX Designers to ensure consistent, intuitive user experiences across products
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment in an agile environment
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Documentation to support launches and adoption
  • Present product vision and plans to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Engage customers, partners, and SMEs to identify and prioritize high-impact endpoints
  • Employ best practices in product management, including feedback loops, prioritization frameworks, and data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with global teams, including offshore and partner developers in Asia and LATAM

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with B2B SaaS products
  • 3+ years working in an agile development environment
  • Experience managing a successful, growing product portfolio
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, connectors, data integration, and protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, GraphQL)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and partner developers
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills
  • Positive, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment across EST and PST time zones
