About the role
- Manage and progress several renewals in parallel
- Work cross functionally with teams
- Coordinate the terms of subscription periods
- Engage with internal parties and customers 4 to 5 months before renewals
- Document customer journeys and assess risks for renewals
Requirements
- At least 2 years managing renewals
- Track record of on-time renewals
- Experience reviewing contracts, negotiating, preparing proposals
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable with collaboration across teams
