About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the Quality Department
Create inspection, sampling, and testing procedures for incoming materials, components, and finished products
Maintain adherence to IATF 16949, AIAG, and customer-specific requirements
Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics
Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality problems
Conduct audits, monitor performance, and ensure supplier compliance
Ensure all quality records, certifications, and databases are accurate and up-to-date
Integrate quality standards early in the design and development process
Drive continuous improvement: Implement root cause analysis, scrap reduction, and first-time quality initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field preferred
5+ years of experience in automotive industry
2+ years of experience in Quality Manager role
Familiarity with electrification highly desired
Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D), automotive systems, and manufacturing processes
Industry familiarity: Experience with Tier 1 supplier operations, OEM relationships, and automotive certification systems
Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO, and AIAG requirements
Understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading and engineering applications
Ability to speak Chinese preferred
