- Are you someone who loves digging into data, spotting patterns, and helping teams make smarter decisions? Jimerson Birr is looking for a Business Analyst to help our practice groups run more effectively. This is a detail-oriented, analytical role for someone who can translate what the numbers are saying into clear, actionable insights, and communicate them to the people who need them most. This is a hybrid position located in Jacksonville, Florida.******What You'll Do:**
- - Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by delivering accurate, timely, and decision-ready operational data.
- - Ensure practice group dashboards and reporting are reliable, consistent, and actionable.
- - Proactively identify operational risks and inefficiencies before they impact client experience.
- - Establish and maintain scalable processes and documentation that support long-term operational continuity.
- - Translate complex data into clear insights that enable informed, timely decision-making.
Requirements
- **Qualifications:**
- - 2–4 years of experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, or similar role.
- - Proficiency with data tools and reporting (Excel, dashboards, or similar); familiarity with CRM or practice management software a plus.
- - Proven ability to document processes clearly and maintain accurate records.
- - Experience in a professional services or legal environment preferred.
- - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
