About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models.
Track financial and operational KPIs across teams; build dashboards and scorecards to support transparency and accountability.
Deliver data-driven insights to support key initiatives, new product launches, pricing strategy, and capital planning.
Collaborate closely with functional leads (e.g., Product, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Risk, Operations) to inform planning and resource decisions.
Prepare monthly financial reports and board-level materials; support investor reporting as needed.
Evaluate impact of various business cases, stress scenarios, and sensitivities on revenue, costs, and capital needs.
Identify and implement enhancements to FP&A tools, systems, and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance; startup or financial services experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with accounting systems and FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan is a plus.
Clear understanding of financial statements, general accounting principles, and key business metrics.
Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
