About the role
- Drive execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across the company
- Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, business modeling, and development of materials for leadership, investors, and the Board
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to strengthen Jiko’s operating cadence, including company OKRs, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and leadership reporting
- Develop financial models, market analyses, and business cases to support new growth verticals and strategic projects
- Identify operational bottlenecks and help design systems and processes that improve execution velocity across the team
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/business operations at a high-growth startup
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, including coordinating stakeholders across teams, driving project plans and timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of complex projects from concept through execution
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or banking is a plus
- Experience evaluating or deploying AI and automation tools to improve organizational productivity is a plus
