About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Compile and program degree and program requirements into degree audit software
- Collaborate with schools, academic departments, and advising offices
- Review, interpret, and update requirements
- Ensure quality management, user acceptance testing, and requirements for software solutions are met
- Support tasks related to data-driven decision making, focusing on data integration, mining, and analysis
- Work closely with the Associate Registrar for Curriculum and Academic Scheduling
- Facilitate project elements like requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
- Monitor and ensure processes and practices safeguard student data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Three years of related experience
- Experience maintaining/codifying a Stellic or similar degree audit platform.
- Experience leading and/or coordinating projects.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaboratively problem-solve regarding business process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues, including student data issues related to the degree audit.
- Functional experience with OnBase or other document imaging software is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with student record systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and process improvement.
