About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, supervise, and provide program oversight for Success Coaches supporting adults pursuing economic stability and mobility
  • Assign clients to Success Coaches and ensure referral information is complete
  • Provide individual and group reflective supervision
  • Monitor staff workloads, caseload balance, performance, and service quality
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development
  • Ensure consistent program delivery and fidelity to human services and economic mobility frameworks
  • Review case notes, service plans, and documentation for quality and compliance
  • Provide consultation on complex client situations, barriers, and system navigation
  • Support effective warm referrals and community partner relationships
  • Step in to provide direct services during high-demand periods or staffing gaps
  • Identify training needs and promote continuous learning
  • Maintain current knowledge of client referral resources and systems
  • Monitor Apricot documentation and data quality
  • Generate funder and external program reports and respond to data requests
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality, data privacy, and mandatory reporting laws
  • Liaise between frontline staff and program leadership
  • Contribute to program planning, improvement, and cross-department collaboration
  • Collaborate with Development staff on funder reports and grant proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with case management, service coordination, and program monitoring
  • Experience with quality assurance reports
  • Strong administration, management, training, and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with people from various cultural backgrounds and respond appropriately to client cultural characteristics
  • Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in the field
  • Car, Pennsylvania driver’s license, and auto insurance required
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior experience using data and tracking systems strongly preferred
