Regional Director of Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, inspire, and manage a team across instructor, studio lead, and sales functions.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Own daily studio operations end-to-end, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Build, document, and improve policies, processes, and workflows.
- Own the studio's revenue performance and develop membership sales initiatives.
- Ensure all client interactions align with the JETSET brand.
- Serve as the primary operational partner to ownership and provide regular updates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or membership model consumer service environment.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets.
- Highly analytical - comfortable building reports and interpreting data.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Outstanding communicator with a warm, outgoing presence.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems proactively.
- Passion for health, wellness, and the JETSET Pilates brand.
