Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage the retail@ inbox, including order issues, tracking requests, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with vendors and fulfillment partners to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain a high-quality, on-brand customer experience across all communications
Monitor order flow, fulfillment status, and tracking updates within Shopify
Maintain product listings, SKUs, and inventory levels
Support product launches and merchandising updates
Track purchase orders, custom merchandise orders, and delivery timelines
Conduct ongoing audits of studio listings to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
Maintain organized marketing assets and ensure accessibility across teams
Pull and maintain monthly Shopify and inventory reports for accounting and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, operations, or related field
Hands-on experience with Shopify
Experience working with LMS and/or CRM systems (Delightree or similar preferred)
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and data organization
Experience supporting multi-location or franchise businesses is a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
