About the role

  • Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates for specific roles for new and existing JETSET studios
  • Source Candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry networks, and direct outreach
  • Assist franchise owners in managing job postings and organizing candidate pipelines while ensuring franchise owners maintain full control over hiring decisions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings for franchise studio roles, ensuring alignment with role requirements, compensation expectations, and overall readiness prior to submission to Owners
  • Maintain geographic Talent pools aligned with expansion markets
  • Provide weekly recruiting reports and pipeline updates
  • Provide structured written candidate summaries prior to submission to franchise owners.
  • Maintain sufficient candidate pipeline volume to support active studio openings and hiring timelines across all markets.
  • Ensure all submitted candidates meet defined qualification standards, including completed screening, compensation alignment, and confirmed availability.
  • Own the administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including maintaining templates, configuring candidate pipeline stages, refining the candidate journey, and continuously improving how the platform is used across the hiring process.
  • Manage ATS records and ensure internal candidate data is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist hiring managers with job posting and interview logistics, including coordination of interview panels.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment documentation.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks.
  • Maintain up-to-date hiring dashboard metrics.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics including documentation, system setup, and orientation program coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment/pipeline management experience. Franchise industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in ATS and payroll systems. Specific experience with Lever and ADP preferred, but not required.
  • Experience creating and managing talent pipelines
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment
