Track departmental KPI’s on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basis
Support company data dashboard
Develop and implement data analysis processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes through data-driven insights
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to address specific business questions
Create financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics
Analyze customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and lifetime value
Provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance
Identify operational inefficiencies through data analysis
Support franchise performance evaluation with standardized metrics
Develop operational dashboards to monitor studio performance
Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
Design and maintain BI dashboards for various stakeholders
Present complex data in an accessible format for non-technical audiences
Partner with departments across the organization to understand their data needs
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
Communicate insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
Data Modeling: Experience building and maintaining data models
Programming: Knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages is preferred
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Industry Knowledge: Experience in franchise, retail, or fitness industries is a plus
