About the role

  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to define and evolve the JETSET brand identity.
  • Lead national brand campaigns that drive awareness and elevate perception.
  • Collaborate on brand architecture, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.
  • Ensure brand alignment across digital, retail, PR, and franchise communications.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic brand partnerships.
  • Oversee studio-level Grand Opening PR and ongoing PR initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between JETSET Marketing, franchisees, and the PR agency.
  • Develop and approve brand-aligned messaging across public-facing communications.
  • Oversee concept-to-execution of all brand creative campaigns.
  • Lead the organic social media strategy overseeing the social and content teams.
  • Partner with the Director of Merchandise to integrate retail storytelling and visual merchandising into brand campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the brand marketing and creative team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or PR leadership, ideally within fitness, wellness, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience managing PR agencies, partnerships, and creative teams.
  • Track record of launching integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, visual identity, and experiential marketing.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
