About the role

  • The Coordinator, Tech Ops Administrative reports to the Manager Administrative and is responsible for carrying out assigned duties using JetBlue guidelines and processes.
  • Provides administrative support to all Tech Ops hourly crewmembers, which includes Maintenance, Quality Control and Material crewmembers or Maintenance Operations Center (MOC).
  • Updates work schedules to ensure minimum manpower requirements are met; if not, posts and awards overtime slots.
  • Creates and maintains departments filing system.
  • Assists Tech Ops leadership in tracking crewmembers’ time and attendance records.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Diploma
  • One (1) year of customer service, administrative support, or office support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel in develop and report metrics
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is required to perform job duties at Spanish-speaking stations.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
