About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Client and the maintenance organization
Manage and coordinate client needs across routine maintenance activities
Provide on-site customer representation during major scheduled inspections
Support customers during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events
Create and manage Service Calls to track technical data
Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Airframe and Powerplant ratings required
Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in Aviation Field preferred
10 years’ experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft (not commercial) preferred
Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to read and write articulately and analytically
Clear understanding of relevant technical skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Well organized
Have or be able to obtain passport and perform international travel
