About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure all Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are adhered to.
- Collect and Deposit rent within 24 hours of collection.
- Provide outstanding service to residents, resolving inquiries and requests.
- Ensure property stays on budget through cost-effective practices.
- Supervise property staff and conduct inspections.
- Organize community activities and oversee marketing and leasing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
- Skilled in income qualification and regulatory compliance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong competency in Microsoft office suite and familiar with learning new software.
