About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Market and lease apartments

- Conduct community activities and manage property safety and standards.
- Be available for after-hours emergencies and travel to training as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong competency in Microsoft office suite and familiar with learning new software.
