About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure all Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are adhered to
Collect and Deposit rent within 24 hours of collection
Provide outstanding service to the residents
Must maintain and build applicant waiting list
Conduct initial lease process with certification and in addition to annual re-certification for affordable housing
Pass INSPIRE, State, and Government Agency inspections
Ensure that vacant apartments are ready to lease quickly
Supervise property staff directly reporting into property manager
Inspect and supervise the work of outside vendors
Organize community activities on a regular basis

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8
Must have solid understanding of Fair Housing
Strong customer service skills
Strong competency in Microsoft office suite and familiar with learning new software
