Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and milestones
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables; report status to stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, risk logs and reports
Facilitate communication between project team members, vendors and stakeholders
Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices and expense reporting
Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Assist in building and maintaining SQL queries and data models
Support ad-hoc data requests from business partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
