About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
Assist policyholders with changes and service needs
Develop deep knowledge of Jerry.ai’s insurance product and panel of insurance companies
Match customers with suitable insurance companies and coverage
Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage
Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience
Contribute to product improvements through a short feedback loop

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
Willingness to work as a team
Strong work ethic
Strong problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have or answer whether they have a valid P&C license; license is not required because Jerry.ai pays for it if needed
