Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in video creative, art direction, or production
- A growing track record contributing to video creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, etc.)
- Strong visual instincts
- Video editing fluency
- Performance creative curiosity
- Collaborative and eager mindset
- AI fluency
- Bonus: exposure to both performance and brand creative contexts
