Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred
- Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers
- Strong quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality)
- Genuine creative acumen
- Excited about applying AI tools and agents to marketing work
- Curiosity and resourcefulness
