About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overhauling existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy
- Taking messaging from functional to value-additive and relationship-driven
- Working closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams
- Driving customer growth and building brand affinity through producing creative organic content
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and a copy lean
- Proven track record with organic channels like email, SMS, and social
- Experience working with consumer brands
- A portfolio showcasing both your writing and creative craft
- Bachelor's Degree.
