About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overhauling existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy
- Working closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to build trust and engagement
- Taking bigger creative swings to help stand out online and building a team for organic GTM launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a heavy focus on copy and customer communications (and proven success with email and SMS campaigns)
- Experience working with consumer brands.
- A portfolio showcasing both your writing and creative craft.
- Bachelor's Degree.
