About the role
- Own full cycle recruiting for junior-to-mid level searches across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, organic & paid growth, legal, people operations, finance, etc
- Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
- Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups is strongly preferred
- Track record of being successful in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
