About the role

  • Architect and deploy advanced ML models to address critical business challenges
  • Model and predict user behavior; leverage LLMs and custom components to optimize chatbot & voicebot
  • Take ownership of end-to-end modeling process, from ideation to deployment and maintenance
  • Conduct thorough data preparation and analysis to ensure model input quality
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering) to productize and deploy models into production
  • Contribute to large-scale company initiatives aimed at novel problems and scale Jerry.ai from 5M to 50M customers

Requirements

  • PhD in Physics or related field
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques; experience building and deploying models from scratch
  • At least 5 years of professional experience building ML models from scratch
  • Experience with deep learning, LLMs, chatbots and voicebots
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end modeling process, from ideation to deployment and maintenance
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Data Engineering to productize and deploy models
