About the role
- Architect and deploy advanced ML models to address critical business challenges
- Model and predict user behavior; leverage LLMs and custom components to optimize chatbot & voicebot
- Take ownership of end-to-end modeling process, from ideation to deployment and maintenance
- Conduct thorough data preparation and analysis to ensure model input quality
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering) to productize and deploy models into production
- Contribute to large-scale company initiatives aimed at novel problems and scale Jerry.ai from 5M to 50M customers
Requirements
- PhD in Physics or related field
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques; experience building and deploying models from scratch
- At least 5 years of professional experience building ML models from scratch
- Experience with deep learning, LLMs, chatbots and voicebots
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of end-to-end modeling process, from ideation to deployment and maintenance
- Experience collaborating with Product and Data Engineering to productize and deploy models
