About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer care for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance customers
Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for policies and policyholders requesting changes
Learn the insurance product and match customers with suitable insurance companies and coverage
Identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
Solve problems to remove barriers to appropriate coverage
Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
Provide product feedback and help improve the app and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
Friendly and positive attitude
Willingness to work as a team
Strong work ethic
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Full-time employees must currently reside in an eligible location
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada as applicable
Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required
P&C insurance license is beneficial; Jerry.ai pays for the license if needed
