Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive progress across a new product bet, such as motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat or RV insurance, or non-insurance ownership products
  • Ramp quickly on a new domain
  • Distill quantitative and qualitative data and insights to identify high-leverage priorities
  • Build and ship new products
  • Gather customer feedback quickly, apply learnings, and iterate
  • Own product execution from early concept or early launch through product-market fit and scaling
  • Contribute to the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Customer Insights & Research teams
  • Manage operational complexity, customer personas, pain points, and regulatory/product complexity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or an equivalent role at a high-growth startup
  • Consumer product instincts from direct product-building experience or close work alongside consumer product teams
  • Comfort with data; able to run independent analysis and build conviction from messy signals
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
  • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada
  • Full-time salaried employment eligibility
