About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
- Assist policyholders with policy changes
- Learn and recommend suitable insurance companies from a large carrier panel
- Learn and navigate the Jerry.ai app
- Solve problems and remove barriers to obtaining appropriate coverage
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide product feedback and help improve the product
- Determine sales or service path collaboratively through the interview process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for this hourly role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid P&C license status requested; license is not required because Jerry.ai pays for it if needed
