About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and lead sales representatives in your region, ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies to meet established targets.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with National Management directives.
  • Monitor and track the performance of each sales representative, ensuring individual and regional sales targets are met.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on targets, results and regional action plans to National Management.
  • Create and carry out a schedule of quarterly visits with the Jequiti representatives in your region.
  • Present action plans to achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide all necessary support to the representatives and customers in your region.
  • Ensure that the commercial policies defined by Jequiti are followed by the representatives in your region.
  • Conduct on-site visits to customers and stores, assessing product placement, areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prospect digital partnerships through research on social media and websites.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields. Postgraduate studies in related areas are desirable.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting sales performance indicators and the ability to perform strategic and operational sales planning.
  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Established client portfolio and direct-to-consumer sales experience (retail companies), preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, fragrances, personal care, pharmaceutical and related segments.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
  • Availability to travel and work in the field.
