About the role
- Assist with identifying and improving processes to help monitor growth and be able to effectively mentor and train the team’s Operations Associate
- Assist with vendor management including vendor selection and coordination
- Be involved with traditional media placement
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and analysis to provide actionable insights for the Operations Manager and Leadership, both client-facing and internal
- Maintain internal budget tracking and production timeline sheets
- Identify improvements and implement changes to assist with the daily operations
- Mentor and train the Production & Operations Associate
- Take on ad hoc projects as assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (MBA is a plus)
- Experienced user of finance and operations software systems
- Analytical thinker who is adept at financial modeling, setting profitability targets, and implementing operational improvements
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including presentation skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships fellow team members, employees, and management
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy
- This person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as ability to work collaboratively and independently.
