About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and manage insurance policies
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Retain and renew existing clients
- Identify opportunities to generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, and new business generation
- Work towards and exceed achievable performance and sales targets
- Build strong client relationships through clear, professional communication
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ensure all work remains FCA compliant
- Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing support
- Work every other Saturday morning, with time off in lieu during the week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous insurance experience within Personal Lines preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven experience in retention, sales, or business development
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to learn, develop, and build a career in insurance
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or insurance-related environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems effectively
- Ability to work every other Saturday morning, with time off in lieu during the week
- FCA-compliant working practices
