About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Following up on new business enquiries and arranging cover, via email and telephone
Processing mid-term adjustments
Dealing with clients’ day to day enquiries on a daily basis, responding promptly and managing expectations
Contacting customers on renewals and completing renewal requests
Ensuring all Client records reflect the current risk on cover at all-time including accuracy of sums insured, perils, excesses, extensions and exclusions
Ensuring the smooth flow of digital data by re‑keying and validating customer details from our online platform into Acturis
Involvement in digital marketing campaigns (ad-hoc)
Running reports via Acturis, spotting trends and ensuring accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience within the aesthetics, medical malpractice and cosmetic treatment sector (desirable)
CII Qualifications, or the desire to work towards these
Experience using Acturis (advantageous)
