About the role
- Following up on new business enquiries and arranging cover, via email and telephone
- Processing mid-term adjustments
- Dealing with clients’ day to day enquiries on a daily basis, responding promptly and managing expectations
- Contacting customers on renewals and completing renewal requests
- Ensuring all Client records reflect the current risk on cover at all-time including accuracy of sums insured, perils, excesses, extensions and exclusions
- Ensuring the smooth flow of digital data by re‑keying and validating customer details from our online platform into Acturis
- Involvement in digital marketing campaigns (ad-hoc)
- Running reports via Acturis, spotting trends and ensuring accuracy
Requirements
- A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience within the aesthetics, medical malpractice and cosmetic treatment sector (desirable)
- CII Qualifications, or the desire to work towards these
- Experience using Acturis (advantageous)
