About the role
- Prepare, automate, and distribute recurring financial reports and dashboards.
- Provide analytical and reporting support to various business units and functions, helping them understand performance and achieve financial goals.
- Analyze historical and current trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and productivity metrics.
- Investigate variances and develop insights that help leadership understand business drivers.
- Support the forecasting and budgeting cycles, contributing to enhancements in planning models and reporting processes.
- Help create clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership summarizing financial results and forward-looking projections.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analysis, business cases, and other strategic initiatives.
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and analytical tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or FPA experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to solve business problems and support informed decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems (Oracle) software preferred.
