Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ años de experiencia en Customer Success, Account Management o roles client-facing en B2B SaaS
  • Curiosidad técnica y mentalidad analítica fuerte
  • Experiencia usando CRM/herramientas de CS (HubSpot, Gainsight o equivalente)
  • Experiencia o fuerte familiaridad con el landscape enterprise de LATAM
  • Dominio bilingüe Español/Inglés (Portugués es un fuerte plus)
