About the role
- Lead the charge on customer success and growth strategies for your book of customers.
- Collaborate with reseller or broker partner and providing input on customer strategy.
- Identifying features prime for customer adoption and spearheading that effort.
- Qualifying intent with regard to annual renewals.
- Communicating in lockstep with customers and partners.
- Running ALEX demos and pitches with consultative question asking.
- Guiding customers through marketing strategies and analytics analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, ideally within the insurance or insurtech space.
- Experience as a salesperson at a brokerage firm or insurance carrier.
- An understanding of the employee benefits landscape and current market trends.
- A background in business development, SaaS, or HR tech.
