About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients or as the client lead for Scale accounts.
- Driving account growth by identifying opportunities for new products, services, or initiatives, and aligning Jellyfish's solutions with client business objectives.
- Ensuring operational excellence through effective project management, timely deliverables, and maintaining client health metrics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Maintaining accurate client data in Salesforce and producing well-articulated briefs aligned with client goals.
- Staying current with industry trends and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting Jellyfish as a forward-thinking partner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Account/Client Management in an agency space, working with B2B clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform tools: DV360, SA360, Google Ads, and GA360 – from a strategic and planning perspective
- Translate client objectives into clear media briefs for activation teams across GMP platforms (DV360, SA360, Google Ads, GA360) and social media channels.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in using platforms like Google Analytics to optimise client outcomes and ROI
- Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on anticipating client needs and driving results
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Business acumen to align solutions with client objectives and drive account growth.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on the use of programmatic, search, analytics, and social media advertising, leveraging a solid understanding of these platforms.
- Client-centric mindset with a proactive approach to providing solutions.
