About the role
- Manage and improve paid social campaigns including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
- Independently complete daily tasks; including but not exclusive to campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting
- Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and applicable performance insights
- Work with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication
- Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign goals
- Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Paid Social, ideally within an agency environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is a must.
- You’re comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and have experience with attribution modeling.
- The ability to explain "the why" behind the numbers to stakeholders who may not be platform experts.
- Experience pivoting strategies when the data—or the market—demands it.
