About the role
- Own the setup, management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest; LinkedIn.
- Build and manage media plans aligned with client objectives, budgets and performance targets.
- Monitor performance closely, analyse results and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and control budgets, pacing and forecasts to ensure efficient spend and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign structures, targeting, creatives and formats.
- Lead campaign audits, validations and best practice reviews.
- Produce high-quality performance reports and client-ready presentations.
- Present results, insights and recommendations to clients, and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Client Management, Creative, Data and other Media teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent strategic alignment.
- Support the development of junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience managing paid social campaigns in either an agency or in-house setting.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major paid social platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest), along with a strong understanding of the others.
- Solid understanding of paid social KPIs, full-funnel strategies, and key performance drivers.
- Strong media planning skills, including budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting.
- Highly comfortable working with numbers and conducting data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking, performance analysis, and scenario planning.
- Skilled at creating structured, clear, and visually polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Confident communicator in both French and English, able to explain complex data simply and effectively, in writing and verbally.
- Proactive, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
