About the role
- Support the daily management of paid media campaigns across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Assist in campaign setup, monitoring and basic optimisations in line with performance and budget objectives.
- Help identify areas of improvement in campaign structures, creatives or targeting.
- Contribute to campaign audits, checks and validation processes.
- Produce and update performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with Client Management and Paid Media teams to support smooth campaign delivery and shadow client meetings.
Requirements
- You are looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship or professionalisation contract
- You have a strong interest in social media, digital marketing and online advertising.
- You have had a first exposure to social media or digital marketing, for example, through:
- - Community management
- - Content creation
- - Paid media (search, display, social or other)
- - An internship, apprenticeship or personal projects
- You are comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and enjoy making sense of numbers.
- You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
- You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
- You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
