About the role

  • Support the daily management of paid media campaigns across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Assist in campaign setup, monitoring and basic optimisations in line with performance and budget objectives.
  • Help identify areas of improvement in campaign structures, creatives or targeting.
  • Contribute to campaign audits, checks and validation processes.
  • Produce and update performance reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Work closely with Client Management and Paid Media teams to support smooth campaign delivery and shadow client meetings.

Requirements

  • You are looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship or professionalisation contract
  • You have a strong interest in social media, digital marketing and online advertising.
  • You have had a first exposure to social media or digital marketing, for example, through:
  • - Community management
  • - Content creation
  • - Paid media (search, display, social or other)
  • - An internship, apprenticeship or personal projects
  • You are comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and enjoy making sense of numbers.
  • You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
  • You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
